Throughout my career as a mental health professional, I have worked with adults facing a variety of mental health, personality, emotional, and behavioral disorders and life challenges.

I strongly believe that we as human beings, cannot survive the challenges of life without one another. It is okay to seek professional help to work through some of life's challenges.
